Admission to Junior Kindergarten - 2021-2022.

Admission Calendar :-

 

 

 

 

Procedure for online application filling & submission of Forms :-

 

1. Fill all the fields in the online application form. (all the fields are mandatory).

2. After you complete the filling of the forms save it and take a printout of the application form.

3. Affix the Passport size photograph of the child on the box provided in the application form,

Parents have to sign the form and attach all the documents of the child like Birth Certificate,

Caste Certificate & Aadhar Card and( Parents have to attach their documents like Pan Card,

Aadhar Card, Ration Card with self attestation in all the documents

 

4. Take a Xerox copy of the Form for future reference.

 

 

5. Submit the form along with the documents in the school on the given specified date.

Visit our Website: https\\www.thevanischool.org and go to the "PRE-PRIMARY SECTION", read all the dropdowns and click on "ONLINE ADDMISSION FORM" and click on the NEW ADDMISSION FORM to fill the details, at the end CREATE LOGIN – ID WITH YOUR PASSWORD. Website will be available for filling form from 18.01.2021 to 21.01.2021 after 550 Forms the Website will be closed. Edit Option will be available from 18.01.2021 to 21.01.2021 only one time.

ELIGIBILITY :- Child Born on the dates not before 01.10.2016 and not after 31.12.2017.

 

Note : Parents are requested not to bring the child on the day of Submission of Forms instead they should bring the child on the day of the Open House /Scrutiny of Forms accompanied by any one of the Parent. Parents are also requested to bring their Original Document for Verification on the Open Day..

Cost of Form :Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred Only) (Non- Refundable) will be charged at the time of submission of forms.

Scrutiny of Forms / Open House:

1.Token will be issued in school.

2.Open House is organized in the school. All parent and children must be present.

3.Invitation is only for those, which application fit into our criteria and completed in all aspect will be considered.

4.ALL valid applicants will be invited.

 NOTE

1. Admission will be restricted to the children, whose parents reside within the radius of one Kilometer from the school, which will be subject to the availability of seats and to the children of the residents of the list displayed.

2. Parents residing in the areas other than the list displayed, need not fill the Admission form. Therefore parents are advised to take note of the same, before filling the admission forms.

3. Outstation parents need not fill the admission form.

4. After filling up the Form online take a print out of the same and affix the photograph of the child, attach the copies of the birth certificate of the child and a copy of the relevant page/s of the ration card clearly mentioning the child’s name and the residential address, for details refer prospectus. duly filled Forms should be submitted by the parents on the dates mentioned above.

5. A Stamp size photograph of the child is to be affixed on the right hand corner of the form.

6. Issue of forms & Prospectus does not guarantee admission and likewise issue of token for scrutiny does not guarantee admission.

7.The Management reserves its right to deny admission without assigning any reason.

8. No sort of recommendation for admission will be entertained.

9. Token for the scrutiny of the selected applications will be issued at our school office and no token will be issued thereafter.  

10. Open House / Scrutiny of forms will be done in our school, Parent have to attend it with their  ward along with the Token, those who would not attend, then their claims would not be entertained.

11. Parents should not visit the School for Display of List and Display of List for selected candidate as the same will be available on the Website and will not be displayed in school.

12.Underage & Overage forms will not be accepted.

13. Parents who are coming under caste category have to produce caste certificate.

14. Wrong information provided in the application form by the parents will disqualify them from going to the next round and their application will be rejected.
